Alfa is proud to introduce the new
four corner assembling Machine. The four sided frame assembling machine has been
designed to increase productivity and improve the accuracy of corner joining.
The
machine is designed to link up to an automatic saw (such as an Omga or
equivalent)
which will feed the four corner assembling machine according to its
pre-programmed frame sizes. It
can also be interfaced with other automatic equipment.
The set-up procedure and V
nail operation are controlled automatically. Operator Assistance is minimal and
is in fact restricted to the re loading of V nail magazines only.
Customized Windows 98 and
upwards is extremely easy to use and can be interfaced with a bar code scanner.
Programmes are password protected at several user level.
