The QUICKCORNER is the only fully automatic machine for applying protective cardboard corners to finished frames. It is valued at over £6000.00 but it is Not For Sale. Through our distribution QUICKCORNER Inc will loan this machine – free of charge – all the customer has to do is buy QUICKCORNER cardboard corners from Tabmaster. The offer is limited to framers producing around 1500 or more frames per week.

The QUICKCORNER machine is the first patented solution for the attachment of corrugated cardboard corners. It may be used on its own or in ‘tandem’ with a second machine for increased productivity.

This new innovative technology not only reduces production and labour costs but guarantees the quality of the finished product. Simply place a corner of the frame in the QUICKCORNER guides and the ‘sensor eyes’ will detect it. The machine will then automatically feed a cardboard corner into position – fold it around the frame – and apply a single staple to secure it.

For metal, plastic and acrylic frames where stapling is not appropriate the QUICKCORNER is also available using glue. The Glue Unit can also be used in a ‘tandem’ setup.

Machines are supplied with twin sensors for ease of operation and are completely safe to use. For those who prefer to feel a little more in control there is an optional foot pedal available for use with a single unit.

The QUICKCORNER can accommodate profiles from 12mm to 30mm width. Cardboard corners are available in a range of sizes:

The same price, or a little more expensive than other corners available. They are pre-stripped, quick and easy to load. We are selling them to customers who do not have the capacity for a machine but find that buying these pre-stripped corners is a huge time saving advantage in itself.

We have been reactive in marketing the QUICKCORNER while we have been product testing it here in the UK. However, we already have 32 machines in the country each potentially using a minimum of 300,000 corners per year! QUICKCORNER has proven to be completely trouble free and a great asset to every company using one.
