 E3072 Fast Setting PVA Adhesive

AdCo E3072 is a fast setting, high solid content, PVA adhesive for use in the furniture and joinery industries.  E 3072 has clean running characteristics and dried to a clear film that meets the creep resistant specifications of BS4071.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUES

All substrates should be conditioned to room temperature before bonding.  Ideally the moisture content of timer-based products should be around 8-10%.

Application can be by brush, spreader or roller to an average coverage of 100-120 g/m2

bullet

AdCo E3044 is easily cleaned when wet using warm water.

S3002 moisture curing polyurethane adhesive

AdCo S3002 is specially formulated to have a relatively high viscosity to reduce penetration into very porous substrates.  Suitable for laminating and structural bonds to a wide variety of materials, including timber based products, hard and soft woods, galvanised steel, GRP, various plastics, glass, cork, polyurethane foams, polystyrene and mineral wool.  AdCo S3002 can be applied by roller or in bead form.

By misting the glue line with clean water the speed of set will be increased.

This product contains isocyanate.

Ensure that surfaces are clean and free of all contaminations

Some untreated metal surfaces such as aluminium or galvanised steel may need priming

bullet

Average coverage of about 100 (g/m2) is recommended

Sufficient even pressure should be applied to the bonded area during the curing stage to ensure good adhesive.

A period of 4 hours and 24 hours will be required depending on the temperature and nature of the materials to be bonded

Allow the bond to fully cure

Store in unopened containers between  5 –25c.  Shelf life in unopened containers is 9 months.
